I had the opportunity this afternoon to look at a draft proposal for Saskatchewan one-stop, online e-learning centre. I have attended 3 different consultation sessions without hearing about this document. I must have blinked.......
Has anyone else heard about this proposal (first draft, November 26, 2006)? It appears to address interests and needs province wide.
My question is....what happened? Why was the proposal dropped?
If the plan had been implemented there would be something in place right now. Apparently this document will be used as a reference point in discussing a "hub" service.
I tried to find reference pages online for clearcloud.ca, the company that is mentioned in the draft.....it appears to have disappeared. Does anyone know anything about this company?

Clearcloud.ca is a company out Calgary and Saskatoon. They are an internet solution company but I have not heard anything about a hub service being provided by them.
